Here are some links that I have visited and found useful:
Teachers are now being asked to incorporate computers into all aspects of a
childs education. One use of this modern technology is to use the World Wide Web as
a reference facility. However, the hardest part of finding the information you require is
that you waste precious time endlessly using search engines. Listed below are a few
addresses for useful sites connected with William Shakespeare and Stratford upon Avon.
http://www.royal-shakespeare.co.uk The
official RSC site. Last year I was very disappointed by this site, however they have
revamped it and it now offers a great deal of information about their season and the
Theatre.
http://www.shakespeare.org.uk The
Shakespearean Birthplace Trust site. Again this site has improved a great deal in recent
months. A good site for children wishing to explore Shakespeares life and his
historical period.
